Full Abstract:	Discusses the diagnosis and treatment of the 16-year-old instrumentalist who suffered a relapse after his initial treatment. It is concluded that simple thoracic drainage is not a sufficient treatment for wind players. Immediate thoracoscopic treatment is urged in such cases.
